Ashurst Village Hall Hire Charges

Main Hall                                  £30 per Hour

Committee Room                   £20 per Hour

We make an additional charge for the following:

• Hire of our large Projector and Screen in the Main Hall £20
• Hire of our Bluetooth enabled Sound Bar for music £10
• Hire of our small projector in Committee Room £10
• To facilitate your hire of a Bouncy Castle £10

 

For evening parties and events, we charge a flat fee of £150, covering the period from 6pm – midnight. This should allow you time to set up for your party beforehand, and to clean up afterwards.

** There is a 25% discount for residents of the Parish of Ashurst (£22.50 per hour for the Main Hall, £15 per hour for the Committee Room). (Please complete the relevant section on the booking form). This discount does NOT apply to the additional hire charges listed above.
